Summary:

The role of Sales and Marketing associate will involve helping run our social media, create new content and help increase traffic, interest and sales in doing so. It also involves assisting the sales team in helping customers, answering questions and processing orders. There is an opportunity to learn and grow in the role both in sales and marketing. 

Must be current on all social media platforms. Creativity is a plus!

Responsibilities include greeting customers over the phone and personally in the showroom, maintaining the showroom, assisting in both USA and CDN sales through the online ordering processing system.

Knowledge in understanding and positively influencing clients' questions and concerns. As well as maintaining documents and records.

Marketing strategies, presentations and follow-through are an absolute must. Ability to gain, manage and handle accounts as well as social media, networking and newsletter output ideas for posting and consistent engagement.

8 Month Contract to potential FT opportunity.

Warehouse Packer

The Warehouse Packer is responsible for packing and managing all outgoing orders, the ordering system, product shipment (small parcel and transport), and order pick up. You will be working closely with the Import & Export members to ensure all orders leave our warehouse in a timely manner.

Job Description

Starting Salary is 18.00 per hour with a guaranteed raise to 19.00 after 90 days, after review, and 20.00 per hour after completing one year. After this time our standard cost of living raise is implemented yearly and reviews as needed throughout.

Summary:

The Sales & Customer Service Associate role will involve basic computer programs, online store ordering, and order management, including but not limited to Word, Excel, email, Amazon, POS Terminal Re: Moneris and basic problem-solving skills required. ( A plus is any knowledge in Auto CAD, Revit and PowerPoint).

The role involves online and offline administration. To meet strong communication skills required (verbal & written) post-secondary, industry and/or marketing experience an asset. Interior design is a plus. The role will require you to communicate both orally and in writing in English fluently. Have knowledge of basic industry-related terms and experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers over the phone, online and personally in the showroom, maintaining the showroom, assisting in both USA and CDN sales through the online ordering processing system, processing cash and card payments, answering queries from customers, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.

Knowledge in understanding and positively influencing clients' questions and concerns. As well as maintaining documents and records (e.g. Requests for Proposal, vendor files, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.

Other responsibilities include performing general and program-specific clerical functions (e.g. answering the telephones, distributing purchase orders, scheduling, copying, faxing, filing, etc.).

Working within established guidelines, particularly from manufacturers. You would also be required to maintain and monitor the sales floor and keep up to date with special promotions and creating, putting up displays, information and prices.
